This policy explains how GreenAIBox, Inc. ("GREENAIBOX", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our website, our cloud console, our APIs and our services (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Account details such as name, email address, company, job title and billing information; content you submit through forms, support tickets and communications; and SSH keys and other credentials you upload.
Information collected automatically. Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps; usage data about instances, clusters and API calls; and cookies or similar technologies as described below.
Customer data. Data you store or process on our infrastructure ("Customer Data") is controlled by you. We process it only to provide the Services and as instructed by you under our Data Processing Agreement. We do not access Customer Data except as necessary to provide support you request, to maintain the security of the Services, or as required by law.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services
- To process payments and send invoices
- To respond to your requests and provide support
- To send administrative messages and, with your consent, marketing communications
- To monitor for fraud, abuse and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How we share information
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as payment processors, email delivery and analytics providers) under contracts that restrict their use of the information; with professional advisers; in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; and when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property. We do not sell personal information.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request from security@greenaibox.com. We provide 30 days notice of changes to customers with a Data Processing Agreement.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and console, and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Customer Data on persistent storage is deleted within 30 days of account closure, or immediately upon request. Instance-local storage is cryptographically erased on termination.
6. International transfers
We operate in the United States, Canada and the European Union. Customer Data remains in the region you select. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@greenaibox.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls and audit logging. See our Trust and security page for details.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
